Accessible Deluxe Double or Twin
Our accessible room offers the same quality and character as our deluxe rooms, with extra features to ensure a comfortable stay for all. Located on the ground floor, it includes step-free access, a wet-room style bathroom and useful adaptations such as grab rails and emergency cords — plus a patio seating area for relaxed moments outdoors.

Deposit
Most of our stays, for example Bed and Breakfast, only require a credit or debit card as guarantee, and your stay will be charged on arrival to the hotel. Some special events or seasonal stays do require a non-refundable deposit. If a deposit is required, this is explained in the booking conditions of the package. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable due to the size and limited availability of our small country house hotel.

We accept all of the following card types. Please note we do not accept cash for hotel payments.

Group Bookings
All bookings of five or more rooms will be subject to our group booking terms.
Children and extra beds
Children under the age of 2 years old using a travel cot or staying in the bed with parents can stay free of charge.
Children aged 2 to 12 years old requiring an extra bed will be charged £25 per night including breakfast.
Children over the age of 12 years old will be charged as adults. Our extra beds are not suitable for over 12’s.
No children under 18 years old are allowed to stay unaccompanied by an adult.
Please note that not all our rooms can accommodate extra beds so please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Each room offers a perfect blend of style and comfort, all with charming countryside views. We have 8 rooms on the ground floor with their own garden terrace, including our accessible room. 8 of our rooms are located on the first floor featuring elegant Juliette balconies. Should you have any specific requests, please contact us to discuss.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Making a booking
By making a booking you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions. When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied, or by post. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at the hotel. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact the hotel immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete. We will always endeavour to rectify any inaccuracies or accommodate any alterations you wish to make to your booking. We cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies that are not brought to our attention within seven days of issuing your confirmation, nor can we accept responsibility for inaccurate information that you have supplied.
Paying for your booking
At the time of booking, card details will be required to guarantee your reservation. In some instances, a deposit or full non-refundable pre-payment may be required at the time of booking, or at a stated date prior to your arrival. The amount of payment required at the time of booking will be advised to you when making your booking. Unless stated as part of your booking, additional items such as (but not limited to) the cost of external telephone calls, meals, drinks or damages, are not included in the price of your stay. If you incur any such additional costs you must settle the sum involved prior to your departure from the hotel.
Price changes
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold stays at any time. The price of your chosen stay will be confirmed when your booking is made and, with the exception of any errors, we will not increase this price once it has been confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any errors in advertised and confirmed prices and will do so as soon as we become aware of an error. We will notify you of any price discrepancies relating to your booking should they arise, but we strongly advise you to check that the final price of your booking is correct before making your final confirmation.
Amendments to your booking
If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.

We strongly recommend that guests seek appropriate travel insurance cover in case of any unforeseen circumstances arising causing a need for you to cancel your reservation
